CONCLUSIONS
MICA and ULBP2 are highly expressed in WT. Therefore, we may consider NKG2D/MICA-ULBP2
interactions have an important role in WT immune control. Primary xenograft model could be an
important tool to evaluate new treatments. However, chemotherapy preoperative treatment could
be a limitation.
